Arbor Lake is a small, tree-lined community of 36 townhomes in Crestview, not a sprawling apartment complex. Each home has its own entrance, two bedrooms and two and a half baths, so everyone has room to breathe, plus a community pool for summer afternoons. Every building has just been freshly painted. Arbor Lake is self-managed by its owners, with no call center and no automated answering service: real people helping real people. Our simple idea is to respond quickly, fix things right and treat residents like neighbors.
